Admission

College - Enrollment Procedure

New Student and Transferees

  1. Secure and fill-up application form from the Registrar's Office upon submission of the necessary requirements for admission.
  2. Submit the photocopied credentials to the Guidance and Testing Office for the entrance examinations and interview.
    *In case of failure in the entrance examination, the applicant shall be place under academic probation for one (1) semester
  3. Proceed to the Dean and the Department Head for an interview.
  4. Submit the entrance examination slip to the Registrar's Office for the issuance of the pre-registration form.
  5. Fill up the forms with the schedule of classes then submit to the Registrar's Office for the encoding of subjects.
  6. Proceed to the Accounting Office for the assessment and payment of fees.
  7. Present the official receipt together with the registration form to the Registrar's Office for the issuance of the admission slip.
  8. Present the admission slip to the Office of the Student Affairs for the application of a school ID card.

Old Student

  1. Secure a clearance form from the Registrar's Office.
  2. Proceed to the different departments and offices for clearances from all obligations.
  3. Present the completed clearance to the Registrar's Office for the issuance of a permit to enroll, pre-registration and registration form.
  4. Fill up the forms with the schedule of classes then submit to the Registrar's Office for the encoding of subjects.
  5. Proceed to the Accounting Office for the assessment and payment of fees.
  6. Present the official receipt together with the registration form to the Registrar's Office for the issuance of the admission slip.
  7. Present the admission slip to the Office of the Student Affairs for the validation of school ID card.
