Admission

College - Admission Requirements

Olivarez College is open to all students who meet its academic standards and are willing to commit themselves to the attainment of vision and mission of the institution as well as abide by the rules and directives of the College.

The College Admission Committee sets guidelines to make sure that Olivarez College accepts only those who are likely to benefit most from the Olivarian education.

To become validly enrolled, as a general rule, applicants should be duly registered and had submitted Form 138 or other similar transfer document and had made the required payment or arrangements for such payment at the Accounting Office.

Freshmen

  • Original and photocopy of report card (Form 138) or its equivalent permanent record (Form 137)
  • Original and photocopy of certificate of good moral character duly signed by the principal
  • Certified true copy and photocopy of birth certificate
  • Three (3) copies of 2x2 I.D. pictures
  • Two (2) long folders

Transferees

  • Certified true copy and photocopy of birth certificate
  • Certified true copy and photocopy of marriage certificate, if married
  • Original and photocopy of certificate of transfer / honorable dismissal
  • Certified true copy and photocopy of grades from the school last attended for evaluation purposes
  • Original and photocopy of certificate of good moral character duly signed by the guidance director
  • Three (3) copies of 2x2 I.D. pictures
  • Two (2) long folders

Foreign Students

  • Original and photocopy of CHED certified credits earned abroad (with English translation for Koreans and Chinese)
  • Original and photocopy of verified copy of the Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
  • Original and photocopied Certificate of Eligibility for Admission (CEA) from the executive director of CHED
  • Two (2) photocopies of passport
  • Three (3) copies of 2x2 I.D. pictures
  • Two (2) long folders

Cross-Enrollees

  • Cross-registration permit from home school
  • Two (2) copies of 2x2 ID photo
