Graduates School - Specific Objectives

Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management

In the light of the philosophy and objectives of Olivarez College, the Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management program aims to:

  • Strengthen the skills of the school administration and gain a wider understanding of the processes of school management within the context of a developing society;
  • Strengthen competencies through extensive research;
  • Produce competent leaders committed to the philosophy and objectives of the Olivarian Education, thus becoming more responsive to the challenges of socially transforming education;
  • Extend servies not only to the Olivarian community but also to the larger community.

Master of Arts in Education Major in Guidance and Counseling

In the light of the philosophy and objectives of Olivarez College, the Master of Arts in Education major in Guidance and Counseling programs aims to:

  • Strengthen the skills of graduate students in terms of counseling, understanding human behavior and helping students in making positive adjustments in life to prepare them to become productive citizens of the country;
  • Enhance competencies through research relative to the latest trends, new technology and the changing societal roles and expectations;
  • Produce competent and dedicated guidance helpers committed to the philosophy and objectives of the Olivarian Education, thus becoming more responsive in carrying out the effective and positive management of human and physical resources; and,
  • Extend guidance services and program not only to the Olivarian community but also to the larger community.

Master of Business Adminsitration

In the light of the philosophy and objectives of Olivarez College, the Master of Arts in Education major in Business Administration program aims to:

  • Strengthen the skills of graduate students in terms of counseling, understanding human behavior and helping students in making positive adjustments in life to prepare them to become productive citizens of the country;
